All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars. When you check out, we will tell you your total order amount. All orders are ex-works at the shipping location.

To most regions, shipping is free for orders totaling more than $250. For smaller orders, there will be a $50 shipping charge. Some areas of the world, such as regions outside of Europe, North America, Central America, and the Caribbean, may incur additional shipping charges but we will notify you before charging your credit card.

Because we serve a wide geographical area, it is difficult to say an exact arrival time for your order, but they usually arrive in about 7-10 business days. When you place your order, we will try to give you a better idea of when it will arrive. In the rare event that an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you when you place your order of when we expect to send your order.

When you purchase products through Med Supply Solutions’ service, there may be differences in the cosmetic appearance of the package. This is because multinational manufacturers package their products according to the requirements of the distribution country. There are many cases where products are manufactured overseas, and different companies receive marketing rights to specific regions from the patent holder. One example is RESTYLANE®, which is marketed by Medicis in North America and Q-Med AB in Europe. For most products, one manufacturing facility produces all the products for different regions of the world, and that facility is approved by multiple regulatory agencies such as Health Canada and the MHRA. If you have any questions or concerns about the products available through Med Supply Solutions, simply contact our customer service associates and they will be happy to help.

We specialize in particular types of medical supplies, but if there is anything you are interested in purchasing but you do not see it on our website, please contact our customer service associates. They will be happy to check if the product you would like is available.

If you have ordered the same medical supplies from another company, we will try our best to meet or beat those prices. If the terms of purchase at that company are equivalent to ours, just send us that information along with proof of the competitor’s price on your recent order, such as an invoice.

Yes we do! If you are an existing customer of ours and you refer a new client to us, we will give you $399 in account credit. Use this credit towards the purchase of any product. The credit for a total of $399 will be applied to your account immediately once the person you referred accumulates $2000 in placed orders. We email you when this happens and when they initially sign up their account. If you are interested in referring a new client, ask them to mention your name when opening a new account. You can also tell us their name and contact information so we can reach out and tell them the benefits of buying their medical supplies at Med Supply Solutions.
