PERFECTHA® is a line of resorbable hyaluronic acid (HA) gel implants intended for reconstructive purposes in the
treatment of facial lipoatrophy, morphological asymmetry associated with aging, or other underlying conditions. It
is for intradermal and subcutaneous application to fill skin depressions and augment tissue volume. PERFECTHA®
DERM is specifically indicated for filling medium lines and depressions, lip enhancement, and scar treatment.

Perfectha® Derm is an injectable dermal filler designed to treat medium lines, glabellar lines, skin depressions,
and redefine the contour of the lips. The crosslinked hyaluronic acid gel has a cross-linking rate of 90% and is
intended to be injected into the medium dermis.

1. Before starting treatment, obtain information about the patient’s history and health status.
2. Assemble the syringe ready for injection.
3. Expel all air from the needle/cannula before starting the injection.
4. Inject the product slowly, not exceeding 3.0ml per treatment site during each session.
5. Inject at a low speed to prevent detachment of accessories and reduce local adverse events.
6. If the needle/cannula becomes blocked, stop the injection and replace it.
7. Halt administration just before withdrawing the needle/cannula to prevent product spillage.
8. Massage the treated area gently to ensure even distribution of the implant.
9. Apply ice packs to minimize swelling.
10. Dispose of syringe and needle/cannula as contaminated clinical waste.

Contraindications:

• Do not mix with other products before injection.
• Do not inject into the periorbital or glabella regions.
• Avoid intramuscular or intravascular injections.
• Do not over-correct.
• Avoid injections in patients with certain medical conditions or hypersensitivities.
• Do not use on areas previously treated with incompatible products.

Perfectha® Treatment After-care:

• Avoid applying makeup for 24 hours after injection.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to UV rays, extreme temperatures, saunas, and Turkish baths for 2 to 3 weeks
  post-injection.
