WHAT IS STTYLAGEXL WITH LIDOCAINE?
Stylage XL containing Lidocaine is part the Stylage filler line and is manufactured at Vivacy Laboratories. The injectable HA dermal treatment has been widely praised for its natural effects and long-lasting results. Stylage is the first skin treatment line to include hyaluronic, antioxidant mannitol and lidocaine. Mannitol, which helps prevent gel from premature degrading, is often called “free radical scavenger”. The injection is almost painless due to the 0.3% lidocaine.
The patented IPN-Like Technology is an advanced cross-linked technology that makes the hyaluronic acids viscoelastic. It also has superior tissue biocompatibility.
What is it used for?
Stylage XL and Lidocaine are intended to correct facial volume loss and deep wrinkles.
HOW DOES THE DERMAL FILLER WORK
The monophasic gel has been optimized based on the indications. This allows Stylage XL to have a high rate of performance when it comes to volume loss and deep-set wrinkles. The gel’s viscosity can be adjusted to match the density of the target tissues.
Loss of hyaluronic acids can cause a decrease in skin volume and moisture. The skin begins to sag when the natural HA molecules are reduced in quality. This can lead to wrinkles and a loss of volume. This filler can be injected under the skin to restore moisture. This filler adds volume to sunken skin areas and fills in skin deficiencies for a more youthful appearance. The gel will last longer because mannitol, a natural antioxidant is added. It is then absorbed into surrounding tissues. Mannitol reduces inflammation and protects against harmful free radicals.
HOW DO I INJECT?
The filler should not be injected below the skin’s surface. This injectable can only be used by licensed professionals.
Before you proceed with treatment, make sure to check the patient’s medical history. Also inform them about the expected results and any side effects.
Clean the area that will be treated with soap and water. The gel should not become cloudy. If the dermal filler has been kept in a fridge, bring it to room temperature. Use the Luer lock adapter to attach the needle to your syringe. Use the serial puncture technique or the linear threading method to slowly inject the medication into the subcutaneous or deep dermis. The severity of the problem will determine the amount required. Don’t overcorrect. Each session should not exceed 2mL of treatment area. If injected too superficially, you may see slight discolouration or nodules.
WHAT LONG DID THE INJECTION LASTEN?
This filler can be used to correct volume loss due to lipodystrophy or deep-set wrinkles. It lasts up 12 months. You can schedule maintenance treatments as necessary. It is not advised to inject more than 20mL per patient annually.
Is this product safe?
The filler is very safe and there have been no reported adverse reactions. This treatment should only be administered by a qualified practitioner who adheres to strict aseptic guidelines.
This filler is not to be used for subcutaneous or intradermal injections. Avoid superficial wrinkles.
